I chose to create a scene where an AFOL mom and her son each build a castle and here's the result

i like the idea, sorry future kids! On the other hand kids of AFOL's should be getting more Lego than the average kid so i guess they are fine

This is among my favorites! So true and well done. I feel pity for my daughter and unborn second child, but as Marcel pointed out, they may be getting a huge piece of the cake. Even if they don't want to *evil laugh*

oh wow, i really had to laugh out loud there!! "Not fair mom!" Grand!! That's How a lot of tfols get frustrazed out there. And the build on itself is absolutely great!!

Haha, love it, yeah I imagine a lot of AFOL parents have fun conversations like that.
For me no, my parents were only involved to help me build when I was young and wanted help. Otherwise they were not AFOLSso I had no competition, which honestly I wonder about, I think I would have learned a lot more much faster if my parents had been into the hobby!

Thanks Isaac! I initially wanted the ones with the diagonal handles to create the offset tower effect, but I loved the texture and feel of em so I decided to toss all of my grey ones in the build!
Very funny idea...in my case not very realistic, because Willem (Steinchen) is a lot of times more creative than me.
