Thanks, Thomas.
This week, it's something a bit different...

This model was heavily inspired by concept art by Oleg Ovigon. Hence the name.

Markus built from the same source material. Check out how different his take is [https://www.flickr.com/photos/moriartus/46975362755/]here[/url].
Next week's theme: “Music”
See you next Monday!
This week's theme is Music, and Andrea came to my mind as an obvious mech pilot.
The model is dedicated to Suhi, a fellow builder from Croatia. Check out his models on his Flickr stream.

Mech-ception!
Sadly, I didn't have enough orange globlins for all the little dudes... (the red ones are printed at a wrong angle) ...so I used snowgies!

It was time for another Gundam mobile suit, this time in light aqua...
I haven't really been consistent with the scale of my Gundams. the first and the second are in quite a large scale. The third and the fourth are similar in size, but the scale is much smaller, since those two are larger in the series. This week's model is intentionally smaller. I wanted to experiment with the scale and to step away from the usual. The size is significantly smaller than the other four, but the scale is close to that of the third or fourth. Unfortunately, the first three have been packed since the Kockice Convention so I haven't taken a photo of all four of them... yet.

The design of the cross on the shield is borrowed from a model I built seven years ago.

Taylor Schmidt's art offered inspiration for this model:

See you next Monday!
It's been a while, impressed that your still keep going. Although I've not commented that regulary lately, I still admired your Mechs on Flickr. Loved the asymetrical one!
Thanks, Marcel. It's nice that you have enough time to relax and comment on MOCs again.
Here's another homage to Exo-Force: a revamp of the 8115 set, to complement my Aero Booster.
This time I took more liberty and made the set as it should have been: a proper panther with teal instead of purple, gold instead of yellow, single pilot, and a tail cannon — rawr!

Next week's theme: “Warhammer”

Oh, people would roast sets like the 8115 nowadays ...your build turned out great, teal is always a good decision and i like the golden applications. The claws are spectacular, great idea, too!
Hyped for next week, as a long-time Warhammer fan I'll study them carefully
This is the 26th model in the series, which means the first half is officially done.
Based off this Blood Angels Chaplain miniature from Warhammer 40000...
(I know it's not a mech, robot or drone, but Markus and I agreed that exo-suits, power suits, hardsuits etc. are legit. )
...I give you:

Next week's theme: “Shiny” (to celebrate the first half of the year being complete)
See you next Monday!
Wow, delivered! Great part choices to achieve the various details. Spiky shoulder pads, insignias and golden statue to name a few.
And as mentioned on flickr, base is great!
For this week, here's a roundup of all of my models.

Build something for Mech Monday!
Well, Markus completed Mech Monday, with 52 models in 52 weeks, so I built a little trophy for him, and I also wanted something to post on the last Monday of 2019.

The mech is fully posable and quite sturdy, almost like an action figure.
Unfinished business is never a good thing.

Next week's theme: “Platform”
See you next Monday!
I don't know how many people remember Earthworm Jim, but here is a model of him. How does that fit in the week called “Platform,” you ask? There is a video game genre that shares the name, and Jim belongs to it.

It may not look like it, but this one is massive. Total length is 50 studs. The base alone is 20 studs in diameter. Straight out of WH40K, I present to you...

This one can hardly support its own weight, but I'm very happy with the looks.
