The Peppermint Paladin
This decorated candied crusader fights to defend the Kingdom of Confection with his sweetened warhammer. He brings sweet victory to his kingdom.
This build uses 97 out of the 101 allowed part count. (The first image has 97, while the second has 96, because I had to remove a single red 1x1 round brick in order for the pose to work).Very glad this contest is back! And I can't wait to see what people have in store for the coming weeks!

I love your homage to Wright's work in the construction of the micro sets and your ability to make them with such a resemblance to the original LEGO sets (Even if the original sets were lacking in color like their real world counterparts). I've always loved Wright's work as an architect, but seeing them in LEGO form like this is definitely cool.
It's always cool to see how different builders can use different techniques in vastly different areas and still be able to achieve the same image. It adds personality to a build, even if two builds are of the same thing.

Pride Rock is an iconic location in the Disney movies. It is an instantly recognizable location that holds so much story to its history. This icon of disney has prevailed through generations with the first movie in 1994 and the live action remake in 2019. This franchise has grown with many people, and holds a dear place in their hearts. This landmark in an icon for the ages
This build uses exactly 101 parts.

I was inspired by the beloved Steve Irwin and his escapades through the territories of large reptiles. This build signifies his passion for nature, and his courageousness when encountering crocodiles. I wish i could do more with this build but with the constraints its hard.

Working in digital programs can sometimes be tricky, but working with chains digitally is always an impossible task. Because of this, I decided to build a chain reaction, otherwise known as a rube goldberg machine. I did this to try and stray away from having to work with chains, and yet I still did .
This build uses exactly 101 parts.
Can you find the beginning and end?

Yes, I know, another Hanging Garden of Babylon build : Round 4 submission

I know this is the 4th build of this magnificent wonder of the world, but because of its relatively unknown design, and look (as there were no reliable records of this structure), much of the retrospective designs made by current architects, engineers, and AFOLs differ greatly. Even within this contest, so far all three interpretations have varied widely. Because of this fact, im very comfortable putting my own spin on the design of the famous wonder of the ancient world.
The few second hand historical record we have describe the gardens as square shaped and having tiers, with each tier filled with exotic plants and trees, with water flowing throughout to irrigate. Its shape was once thought to mimic that of the pyramids, in a terraced ziggurat structure. Other than that, not much is known about them, causing researchers to even question if this beauty was even real, or if it was a fantastical myth of the time.
With these descriptions I tried to portray my view of the gardens and tried to incorporate as much as I could with the piece constraint. I used a total of 96 pieces.

The most well-known game of risk is gambling. Every year, millions of people wander into casinos all around the world in hopes to risk what money they have to gain a fast fortune, some people even risking their entire life savings for the small chance to flip their flip around. The act of gambling is a global phenomenon that bases its value on how willing people are to risk money in hopes for a chance of more money. One of the most recognizable games of risk in casinos (probably behind a slot machine) is the roulette wheel. The roulette wheel is a game of pure risk and chance as there is no way to influence the outcome unless you cheat. This gambling game is pure risk.
This build uses 95 pieces.

With the invention of the internet, it has brought about a huge revolution in technology, which is the mass connection of people around the world. Because of this, it allows people from all walks of life to communicate as if they lived in the same area. It has brought together cultures, communities, and people on a global scale. You can connect with the underprivileged in Cambodia, the wealthy in Dubai, and the average human in Canada, all because of the widespread use of the internet. That very idea is what my build is meant to show. It uses exactly 101 parts.

As Wendy looked up into the night sky after her adventure with Peter Pan, she could make out the shape of a pirate ship sailing away in the clouds heading back to Neverland.
For "Above the Clouds" my mind immediately went to the pirate ship sailing in the clouds at the end of "Peter Pan". This build uses a total of 90 parts, most of which being white to capture the ship as it slowly melts into the clouds in the night sky. I did also have to use a few subsequent pieces (the black pieces) not shown in the photo to help the model stand up without falling over.
