In the modern world, it is difficult to find your inner balance, to be calm, relaxed, in harmony with your physical and spiritual world. Sometimes it's enough to just sit, breathe and quiet your mind. Good helpers are sports, yoga, balanced nutrition, enough sleep, rest. Good mood and inner balance are also helped by a good environment, meeting with friends, plants, beautiful pictures.
