Thanks! I do too, though it often resembles an open-mouthed smile more than the surprised expression I was going for.

Mix the wrong chemicals at the wrong temperature and you can have a nasty splash!
This is the last of my late entries, this one for the prompt "class", though it crosses over with "Oops" and "Temperature".
It all started with the Bunsen burner, to be honest. I would have had a human chemist, but for lack of tan elements, I went the robot route.

Wow! A perfect recreation. Nice work, Rauy!

The "trash" prompt made me think of all of the non-LEGO elements that I inevitably have to sort out of bulk lots of used LEGO. I don't want them, but I hand them on to my kids because they delight in the unique and interesting parts. Since I'm way to late to qualify anyway, I took the liberty of not just using but shining a spotlight on non-LEGO elements.
This is definitely the most basic build of the eight I have made, but I was attached to the idea, so voilà!
What's your attitude toward LEGO imitators? -
Why thank you, Fletcher! And nice pun

One critter famous for a "backwards" ability is the very flexibly-necked owl.
Taking this lovely bird as my model, I decided to make the best owl head I can given the parts in my smallish collection. And I just realized that I totally could have made this operate from a technic gear, though I would have had to sacrifice somewhere, as this build used all 101 parts allowed.
The gif was too big to embed. Here is the build in action.
And here is a still:

Yes! Backwards, Trash, and Attack are built, but I'll go in order. It might be anticlimactic, because this one is my favorite!

I contributed to week one, but could not continue due to new baby and a move to a new house in a new town with several other young kids. That said, I love the 101-piece limit, so I'm building super late just for fun. As such, I'm not bothering with the proof of piece count.
Our two-year-old provided the inspiration for my week 2 entry for the prompt "Oops". This build uses all 101 alloted parts. -
Brilliant! Totally out of the box thinking. I love the way your mind worked on this one.

I'm so glad you showed the back of the bench. Inspired part selection!

Man, the first thing I would want to do when I make camp is take my heavy, sweaty helmet off!

It comes forth at twilight to devour any souls foolish enough to be yet out of doors...
Howdy! This is my first entry into my first olympics. I'm here thanks to ABrickDreamer's YouTube channel. Thanks, Davide! I don't have a huge collection of MOC parts because we keep most of our sets separate for building alternates, so I love the 101 part limit.
