Many thanks! I had previously discovered that the frog and fern fit together snugly, and I realized the scrap on my desk would fit here perfectly.
In opposition to transparency, I thought of subterfuge and disguise. When such a disguise is shed, this brings total transparency.

Here's my entry for Round 7! "Detached" reminded me of Miles Morales's leap of faith in Into the Spider-Verse. I didn't go for a 1 to 1 recreation, but I tried to capture the idea of the scene and the sense of detachment.
I'm sad I wasn't able to participate this week — it's such a fun prompt!
I see Kleiner and Beta Brick both had similar ideas, but I think mine is different enough to still be worth something, and I have no time to try something new:
Round 5 of Rogue Olympics had the theme word "Green." I immediately thought of Kermit the Frog, though I was not the first with that idea to get my entry posted.
Once again, I only had a few hours to work on this.

I'm glad this entry placed, but I'm shocked it only got third! It is certainly my favorite entry from this round by a wide margin.
I didn't have a lot of time this week, but here's a quick draft!
Here's my entry for round 4, with the word "Draft." Here's a digital draft of a drafting table. I found a particular irony in this since CAD (like the LEGO-specific Studio, used here) supplanted drafting tables in many contexts
The picture shows the number of parts in the creation (93), but if you want to be pedantic, there are 7 other bricks shown in the picture from the Stud.io interface, bringing the total to 100, and arguable one more for the orientation symbol, bringing me up to the limit.
It's really late to ask this, but I have an idea for presentation that I really like, but I don't know if it is okay within the rules: For digital models, the general contest rules say, "Only rendered submissions are allowed," but presentation rules say, "It's at the participant's discretion how they want to photograph the model."
I assume the intent of the first rule is to avoid poorly presented digital models and uphold higher entry quality, but I believe that the best presentation for my entry for this round is an un-rendered "draft" in Bricklink Studio.
Is an un-rendered model okay as an active artistic choice?
