Owl is Watching — very late "Backwards" entry

One critter famous for a "backwards" ability is the very flexibly-necked owl.



Taking this lovely bird as my model, I decided to make the best owl head I can given the parts in my smallish collection. And I just realized that I totally could have made this operate from a technic gear, though I would have had to sacrifice somewhere, as this build used all 101 parts allowed.
